Choose between indoor fabrics and Sunbrella fabrics in a variety of colors and styles. Our custom medical bench cushions come standard without Fabric Ties. If you prefer to include Fabric Ties, please select the "Add Fabric Ties" option. By selecting the Add Fabric Ties option, two ties (one in each back corner) will be added to your cushion in the same fabric as your cushion at no additional charge.

Cushions Made Easy offers a 1 year basic warranty on this product to the original purchaser from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship. During this period Cushions Made Easy will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective component.

Under no circumstances will the buyer be entitled to consequential or incidental damages.
